Patama Satawedin is currently an assistant professor and Director, Master of Communication Arts in Digital Marketing Communications, School of Communication Arts, Bangkok University, Bangkok, Thailand. She received her doctoral and master’s degrees in media and communication from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. Likewise, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in public relations (first-class honors) from the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. She has teaching experiences, especially with active teaching and learning approaches for over 10 years. Her research interests are health literacy, health communication, crisis communication, and crisis management, marketing public relations, and communication studies.
