Her fields of main interests are English for Businesses, Organizational Communication, Intercultural/ International Communication, and International Business. She has accomplished a number of textbooks, including textbook chapters, as well as a bunch of research articles.

Paulina Moya-Santiagos has been an English Language Teacher for 12 years. She has worked in both public schools and higher education providing her a wide overview in terms of practice and public policies. Her interests rely on social equity through education, foreign language anxiety and its relationship with achievement and non-native English teachers’ identity and its impact over students’ perceptions of English as a foreign language.
